Directorate of IT manage and facilitate different types of events may that be a conference, celebration, video conferences, convocation etc.
Directorate of IT is the custodian of Main Auditorium located in Baghdad ul Jadeed campus. Main Auditorium has a seating capacity of 1122, and has a conference room with video conferencing facility.
We also provide multimedia facility anywhere in the campuses on demand.
We also provide sound system for outdoor functions but we do not have filming facility at the moment.
For any event that you may wish to organize in Main Auditorium or an outdoor event, you need to inform Directorate of IT minimum 48 hours before the scheduled time. A booking is mandatory, depending on the availability of resources.
A service request for your proposed event (Venue Reservation, Video Conference, Outdoor Event) should be submitted online using Work Smart system.
Reserving Main Auditorium will not automatically qualify you to use Video Conference room, a separate service request is needed for each service.
