The difference between developed and the rest of the world is of the choice made between being synchronized or not.
There are three stages of synchronization
- In which humans synchronize their actions
- Mechanical parts organized to work in synchronization (Industrial revolution)
- Electronic communication used for synchronization of mechanical parts as well as human activity (current state)
Any type of synchronization is not possible without unity (willingness) among the elements meant to be synchronized.
Being synchronized means more productive, efficient, advanced and so at a position of advantage in every aspect may it be a war or peace. In our times, synchronization is at a higher level than before.
The base or the core of synchronization is the knowledge of one kind or another. Refined synchronization can only be achieved by advanced knowledge, computer reflect a very high level of synchronization. The university is at the highest level of knowledge acquisition/distribution in our country. Directorate of IT, the highest office responsible for initiating and streamlining synchronized activities related to knowledge acquisition/distribution, will serve not only the university administration and students enrolled but the general public of the surrounding areas at large as best as it can.
Directorate of IT will work towards making all sections of the university work in a synchronized way. We will use information and technology to synchronize ourselves, our processes, systems and programmes.
